PanelCraft is an ISO 9001:2008 registered company involved in the design and manufacturing of illuminated panels, dials, and instruments, for military and commercial applications. We also manufacture the Aluminum back-plates that instrument panels are mounted to. These products can generally be found in the cockpit of an aircraft. The products provide the captain and crew of the aircraft with a visual representation of all critical and non-critical aircraft functions. PanelCraft is involved in producing the panel, or faceplate of the instrument, as well as designing and assembling the complete instrument. We use an evioronmentally friendly, cost effective Laser engraving technique. This process gives superb results as compared to a photo-etch process. It also allows us to do away with all the toxic chemicals used in the photo-etch process.

While quality is of supreme importance, to our customers delivery is just as important. Panelcraft has had a 100% on time delivery performance for over 3 years. Our standard delivery time is just 8 weeks for most orders, with expedited delivery available for an additional fee. Expedited delivery can be as little as 1 week in an emergency situation.
Specifications
PanelCraft develops and manufactures products that conform to military specifications including panel spec Mil-P-7788 and SAE-AS7788 for form and function. Several product lines are offered including EL panels, night vision compatible panels, instrument assemblies, and standard back-lit panels. We are qualified to manufacture panels of various types including: Types 4, 5, 6 and 7. We manufacture Night Vision NVIS panels to specs. Mil-STD-3009 and Mil-L 85762. We also provide lighted panels to specs Mil-L-27160, Mil-L-25467, and Mil-C-25050.
